Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Payments are securely processed through third-party providers such as Stripe and/or PayPal. We do not store your full payment information. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information for all orders.

Shipping & Processing
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on location and carrier.

We are not responsible for:

Shipping delays caused by the carrier
Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

Returns & Refunds
Since our products are individually handmade/customized/made to order, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery with proof of damage.
